The space in front of each garage is reserved for the occupants of that unit. There are several additional common parking areas for additional vehicles and guests. No trailers, campers, or large trucks are to be parked at Northstar except for contractors servicing a unit. If a vehicle is parked inappropriately, it is usually best to approach the owner and ask them to move the vehicle. You may also contact Axiom Management and inform them of the issue. If the issue is related to a renter, you may also call the STR Hotline, 970-368-2044, and report the issue so that is recorded as a complaint against that rental license. |
If the dumpster is overflowing or there is trash or recycling left outside the dumpster, contact Axiom Management |

If the noise is coming from a unit that is being used by the owners, or guests of the owners, it is best to approach them and ask them to be quiet. If it is after 11:00 pm and the noise is coming from a unit that is occupied by renters, you should call the STR Hotline, 970-368-2044, and report it. You must give them the address of the unit. They will contact the designated agent for that rental. You can also call the County Sheriff but it is important to also call the STR Hotline because they track complaints issued against each rental property and if there are excessive complaints, their STR license can be pulled. Please note that the County's quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am so unless it is excessive noise, such as large outdoor speakers playing music, they will not enforce noise complaints prior to 11:00 pm. |
If there is excessive noise coming from any unit prior to 11:00 pm, i.e. loud speakers blaring, it is usually best to first approach and ask if they could turn down the music. If the unit is being used by owners, or guests of owners, and they refuse to cooperate, you should call the Summit County Sheriff.
