Board Meetings The Northstar Board generally meets quarterly throughout the year via Zoom. All homeowners are invited to attend the Board meetings. Annual Meetings The Northstar Annual Homeowners Meeting is held in December of each year. The meeting is typically held in person with a virtual option via Zoom. All homeowners will receive an announcement about the meeting at least 30 days in advance with an official invitation from our website. At the Annual Meeting the members vote to ratify the Proposed Budget for the following year and vote to elect Directors. Special Meetings Occasionally throughout the year, special meetings are called in order to discuss a particular topic. One special meeting which occurs each year is the Budget Proposal Meeting. This typically occurs in late October. At this meeting the Board approves a budget to be recommended to members at the Annual Meeting in December.
